How did you get to where you are now?I suppose you can say that I began my career when I first became fascinated with Rosie the Riveter back at age 14. I originally thought I would becom e an employment attorney, but quickly realized that I am a leader and entrepreneur. I studied management, labor relations and organizational change in undergrad and graduate school. Then, I launched an official career in change leadership nearly 20 years ago.
